At Nixon Kidswear, we take pride in delivering premium quality kidswear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • Size issue (only if size exchange is allowed)

📌 Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused

  • Original tags must be intact

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Proper unboxing video required (for damage/wrong item claims)


🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange request within 7 days

  • Reverse pickup available in selected locations

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customer may need to self-ship

 Shipping charges for exchange may apply.


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • Returned item passes quality check

  • Product is unused and in original condition

Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method (3–7 working days)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or UPI


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products

  • Products without original tags

  • Discounted / clearance sale items (if applicable)

  2. Share Order ID + issue details + images

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility

  4. Reverse pickup scheduled (if applicable)

  5. Refund processed after inspection
